You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction date. After this period, refunds are granted at our discretion.

4. Crypto Payment Refunds

For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be processed in the same cryptocurrency used for the original transaction.

4.1 Crypto Payments

  • Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be sent back in the same currency used.
  • Network fees apply and are deducted from the total
  • Processing time depends on blockchain conditions
